Pitchline provides tools for generating landing page copy. You agree not to misuse the Service, including (but not limited to):

• Attempting to overload, scrape, or reverse-engineer the Service.
• Using automated scripts or bots to generate excessive outputs.
• Using generated outputs for unlawful, harmful, or misleading purposes.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

3. Accounts and Credits

When you create an account, you are responsible for safeguarding your credentials. Credits are non-transferable and may be revoked for abuse.

4. Payments and Subscriptions

If you purchase credits or subscriptions:

• Payments are non-refundable except where required by law.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• "Unlimited" plans are subject to fair use. Excessive or automated usage may require an enterprise plan.

5. Intellectual Property

You retain rights to the text you input and the outputs generated. We retain ownership of the Service, including software, branding, and design.

6. Limitation of Liability

Pitchline is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the new Terms.
